  • Q1. Haven't received any emails with registration information?

    After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with registration Email and Code shortly. Please check your inbox a while later. If you do not receive your code after several hours, please check your spam filtering in case our registration email gets marked as spam and sorted into a "Spam" folder or deleted. Or please contact Paddle to check the status of your payment.

  • Q2. Received the registration information, but there is nowhere to download the program?

    Please download the program you've purchased form our Download Center.

  • Q3. Can I pay with PayPal?

    Yes, our products support PayPal to pay for the order.

  • Q4. What should I do if I accidently purchased the wrong product?

    Please contact our support team with the order ID of the product you have purchased. Or you can directly purchase the correct product you want and then contact our support team with both of the two order IDs, and then we would immediately refund the incorrect one to you.   • Q5. Is the code available on both Windows version and Mac version of NoteBurner programs?

    Sorry, no. The registration code is only available on the particular program you purchased. If you purchase the Windows version and would like to activate the Mac version as well, you need to buy Mac version.

  • Q6. I want to buy several copies of NoteBurner programs, can I get a discount on my order?

  • Q7. What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?

    First please make sure that you have downloaded the right program. And the registration information is case sensitive. So please do not add blank at the beginning or the end of the word. If you are sure that you are running the right program and following the direction but still get the error message, please contact our support team for help.

  • Q8. I have problem in updating my program to the latest version?

    If you have problem in updating the program to the latest version by clicking "Check for Updates", please directly download the latest version of the program from our Download Center.

    Yes, all of our programs including Spotify Music Converter, iTunes Audio Converter, Line Music Converter are compatible with the latest Windows and Mac OS. Please download the latest versions of them from our Download Center.

  • Q14. I have renewed my subscription, why I'm still in trial mode?

    After renewal, you'll need to activate NoteBurner again with the new license, by going to "Menu > Register > Change Account" and entering the new license.

  • Q2. What can I do if I get the message "Invalid Code" when trying to register?

    1. Please make sure you are running the right program. Please download the latest version of NoteBurner through Download Center.

    2. The registration entry is case-sensitive. Please make sure you do not insert any blank before or after the registration email and license code.

    3. Please check if your license has expired. If so, please renew your license.

  • Q3. Why am I limited to convert the first 3 minutes of each audio?

    It's the limitation of trial version. To unlock the restriction, please purchase a license. If you'd already bought a license, please register the program to get access to the full version.

  • Q4. What's the function of "Intelligent Mode"?

    Intelligent Mode is a combination of Spotify Record Mode and YouTube Download Mode. When you choose "Intelligent Mode" in the setting window, the conversion rate would be increased a lot thus you can get the Spotify tracks as needed.

  • Q5. How many songs can I import to NoteBurner Spotify Music Converter at one time?

    Currently NoteBurner Spotify Music Converter supports being added to 500 songs at most at one time.

    If you want to convert a playlist with more than 500 songs, please open the playlist on Spotify, select all files in the playlist and then drag & drop them to NoteBurner program for converting.

    Or we advise you to create some new playlists and separately add them for batch conversion.

  • Q6. Can I sort out the output audios by Artist > Album > Title?

    Yes, you can. Before converting, please go to the output settings of NoteBurner (on the upper right) and click "Output Organized", then choose the "Artist / Album" in the drop-down list.

  • Q7. The output audio quality is unsatisfying. How can I improve it?

    If you are not satisfied with the output quality, please slow down the conversion speed to 1X for a try. Should the issue persist, please contact us by e-mail at support@noteburner.com for help.

  • Q8. What can I do if the volume of some converted songs are lower than the volume of original ones?

    If you want to download the songs in full volume, we suggest you can change the setting in Spotify. The most important thing is to uncheck the" Set the same volume level for all songs" box in spotify. You can find the box through: "..." > Edit > Preferences... > SHOW ADVANCED SETTINGS.

  • Q9. What to do if your Mac sound is not working after using NoteBurner?

    These mean that NoteBurner converts songs timeout or other errors. Please reopen NoteBurner, then convert the music songs again.

  • Q12. Solutions to Failed 1007?

    If multiple devices are logged into the same Spotify account and play music at the same time, then you will get the Failed code "1007". Please make sure you are selecting "This Computer" to play the audio on Spotify when using NoteBurner program.

  • Q13. How to Fix Failed 1010, 1700-1702?

    NoteBurner encountered errors like query no match, query failure, download failure under "YouTube Download" conversion mode. Please use "Spotify Record" as conversion mode for a try.

  • Q14. Solutions to Failed 1101?

    NoteBurner fails to launch the Spotify app, please try to reinstall your Spotify to check whether the issue can be fixed.

  • Q17. Solutions to Failed 4000-4005, 4100-4105?

    NoteBurner has no permission to read/execute/write/delete files on your selected output folder. Please change a different "Output Path" and select "None" on the "Output Organized" before you start conversion.

    For Failed 4003, it's caused by the insufficient disk space. Please also try to free up some space on the output path of NoteBurner.

  • Q18. Solutions to Failed 4106?

    The output file is too large to save into your FAT disk. Please choose another output path and do not select your FAT disk.

  • Q19. My Spotify Account is suspended, what shoud I do?

  • Q1. How to register iTunes Audio Converter?

    Firstly, please make sure you have downloaded the music to your computer, and it can play normally in iTunes. And please make sure your computer is well authorized with the same Apple ID that you used when downloading the iTunes music.

  • Q4. Why the output file is only 3 minutes long?

    It's the limitation of trial version. After you have bought a single user license, we'll send you a key/code to unlock the limitation.

  • Q5. What kind of audio formats could be converted?

    Any audio files that could be played on your iTunes, could be converted by iTunes Audio Converter, including Apple Music files, iTunes music and audiobooks, music file you purchased, audio book you bought from Audible, etc.

  • Q6. What should I pay attention while using iTunes Audio Converter?

    You should quit iTunes before running iTunes Audio Converter, and you'd better don't use iTunes while converting. Any operations on iTunes while converting may affect the result.

  • Q7. Where can I get the converted files?

    The converted files are stored in the output folder. Go to the "Converted" section in the left side and find the output audio.

  • Q8. The output audio quality is unsatisfied, how to improve the output quality?

    Please update your program to the latest version. If the problem persists, please set the output format as AAC and bitrate as 320kbps to have a try. To customize the output format, please click the "Setting" button. There will be a pop-up window to let you set output settings. If the output quality is still unsatisfied after such settings, please contact our support for further help.

  • Q9. How to organize the output audio into Artist / Album folders?

    Before converting, please click the setting button on the top-right corner, and then check the box of the "Artist/ Album" after Output Organized. Now, NoteBurner program supports saving the output audio into Artist, Album, Artist/Album or Album/Artist folder for meeting various users' needs.

  • Q10. What to do if your Mac sound is not working after using NoteBurner?

    Please open iTunes Preferences by clicking " Edit >> Preferences" and choose the " Playback", then select " Windows Audio Session" from the drop-down list of " Play Audio Using" and click "OK". After that, close iTunes and launch NoteBurner to convert those songs again.
